Kill Bill, a major cult classic by director Quentin Tarantino, featured an indelible kung-fu assassin who sought revenge and claimed what belonged to her over the course of two movies. It was one of the first action films to feature a female lead with supporting female actors in lethal roles. Assassin O-Ren Ishii, known by her code name Cottonmouth, was the first target on The Bride’s kill list.
